Sea Bass, Dicentrarchus Labrax or simply Labrax, is one of the tastiest fish found in the shallow waters of Greece and the Med in general. It is hunted during the winter, either early in the morning or late in the afternoon, mostly by the seashore. Spearos usually utilize fairly small spearguns, very thick wetsuits, and loads of lead, as they have to stay submerged in depths that don't exceed a couple of meters.
