Alchemy freediver Sheena McNally recently broke the -100m mark while training at Blue Element, Dominica! In her own words "101m CWT. My heart is exploding. It took being stranded by the pandemic, a lot of hard work, and a lot of failures along the way to get there, but I'm learning that "success" isn't a thing that just happens; it takes a whole lot of effort, learning, and persistence.
